Changes from 0.0.1:

• Map reworked to bet smaller, environment tweaks, and add some "hidden" areas with resources
• Added Panic and Madness system
  • Panic: short term resource that builds up when being chased.  Being chased for too long results in game over.  Panic will reduce over time.
  • Madness: long term resource that builds up when being chased. Going mad will result in game over. Madness builds up slower but will not go away.
• Enemy speed has been reduced but being caught is also a game over
